Issuing approvals for official and private overseas travel applications within 14 days of receiving a complete application.
Program & Sponsorship Approvals
Issuing approvals for off-site programs, sponsorships, or donations within 14 days of receiving a complete application.
Catering Application Processing
Processing applications for official function catering within seven (7) working days of receipt.
Swift Insurance Claim Submissions
Ensuring overseas travel insurance claims are submitted to the Zone 2 Finance Unit within seven (7) working days of receiving a complete application.
